• Water plants — Each plant watered according to its own specific needs, not a one-size-fits-all schedule.
• Prune dead leaves — Removing spent or yellowing growth to keep plants looking their best and redirect energy to healthy new growth.
• Fertilize — Feeding on a schedule appropriate to each plant's growth cycle and season.
• Check for pests / treat pests — A visual inspection every visit, with treatment applied immediately if anything is spotted — catching problems small instead of letting them spread.
• Rotate for even growth — Turning plants toward their light source so they grow evenly instead of leaning or growing lopsided.
• Clean/shine leaves — Wiping down leaves to remove dust, which helps plants photosynthesize better and simply look their best.
